Piczo has just redesigned our Shoutbox tool to function more like a live chat. The new interface not only shows comments, but also how many members are currently logged in to leave you a message, as well as the time they joined your Shoutbox.
NOTE: As another member leaves you a comment on your Shoutbox, the tool will automatically display their profile picture as well as the time they posted. Shoutboxes automatically refresh every 10 - to 15 secs. Its as simple as that - no need for you to set it up or configure any settings. Just chat away!
Note: This feature is now optional. Click on the edit button of the shoutbox you want to change the refresh setting on. Check or uncheck to box that says Refresh when someone appears on page
